Weekly Weight Loss Winner: Last week it wasn't even close! Cactus Freak blew everyone away with a loss of 5.7 lbs. (2.6 kilos)!!! That's a lot of weight lost in one week! Cactus then went on 
vacation with her family, and right now she is travelling across Australia. She won't be back for almost two weeks, so visit her blog and congratulate her if you can spare a few seconds. It will give CF a big surprise for when she returns! Cactus has been following her calories on the Aussie version of Calorie-Count. com and it has helped her control her over-eating. Cactus Freak is another long-time supporter, encourager, and all-around good person who I admire a lot. It is good to see her getting her MOJO going and slimming down!! Even though CF lost a lot of weight in one week, she fell off the wagon right before her weigh-in! She found bags of M&Ms on clearance at the market, and all the chocolatey goodness at a bargain price was too much temptation! It just goes to show that even a Weight Loss Champion can suffer a defeat at the hands of Chocolate! Can anyone resist Chocolate?? In fact, it was chocolate fundraisers for school that triggered my own fall when I was at 266 lbs. back in February!! I have yet to get back to 266...

I chronicled my outstanding journey of successful weight loss on my podcasts for the Twins Radio Network. I am the true Weight Loss Champion. Nobody else has come close. You are all failures compared to me. Everyone knows how well I am doing.
You should all get gastric bypass since you can't succeed on your own like I did. I am competing at the NPC regional Muscle-Mania contest and even though I probably won't win, it just goes to show how far I have come during the same time that you fat slobs are still losing a few pounds.
No pain, no gain. You should just give up and blow up. You have not lost any weight all this year. You are a weight loss fraud. You might as well give up and blow up. See ya when you hit 300! Oh, sorry, I see from the photos that you are probably already there pig-face.
This is my last post on this blog. You are too much of a failure to merit further scrutiny.

A Jack Russell Terrier is a very energetic dog, but also very smart. She can do lots of tricks, and she understands words (feelings/thoughts?) especially the tone of your voice.
Yikes... I guess the alien hive queen can't find any clothes to fit her. That picture just inspired me to work out extra hard tomorrow! Oy!

That is a cute Jack Russel dog, I like those dogs. Yeah, chocolate is a tough one...not really my vice though usually have to fight the carbs/breads/pizza type stuff.

Re: tattoo. No bleeding that I saw. Perhaps during the 6 hour sitting - ha, but I wasn't looking. Now its healing, no more plasma, no scabbing - it was an amazing experience. Will have to be something special for me to get tattooed again though - this one was fricking painful. It was well beyond my comfort level for sitting time.
